Excellent list Dave. All are fairly decent to excellent movies. Still need to watch some of them myself.

Hey Dave. I noticed your absence from my twitter feed a few weeks back and apparently you blocked me. I'm honored to be on your radar but don't think I've done anything block-worthy unless you were irked by my #followfriday tweet about you and buetler being the ambiguously gay duo of political reporting, but that was a long time ago so I doubt it. Maybe it was a glitch? Any chance I can get an unblock?

Also, unrelated, but when I logged in to leave this comment I was somehow taken to your back office comment moderation page. Not sure if that has happened to anyone else but you may want to check it out.

Oh. Twitter: http://twitter.com/#!/xnickp

Hey Dave:

I enjoy your discussions on Keith and Rachel's shows quite a lot. I'm a Writer/Artist whose done a lot of Comics work over the last buncha years... and I was curious, since it seems you are a Comic Book fan, if you might be interested in doing a little work on a Political Comic Project that I'm working on with a few Comic Book dignitaries(?)

If you are at all interested, you can google me - Al Gordon...

Or you can email me from my rarely updated link:

http://www.comicon.com/gordon/

Or... strangely enough, I've been Wikied:

Dave:
Writing a deadlined item on depictions of Tea Party in media. Would like to get some insight from you for the piece. I registered so you should have my email. Drop me note w/your number or email and I can give you all the details on my angle, the publication, etc. Thanks. -- bjs

I heard your interview with NPR and I have another right-wing rumor for you to check out - "Obama Poised to Cede US Sovereignty" - Signing the Copenhagen Climate Treaty will cede US sovereignty, because the rest of the world will be able to police the United States and the country will no longer be its own master - see www.mnmajority.org, www.globalclimatescam.com

Ha. I'm going to a Liberty Fund conference in a month (and went through the same process of doubt after peers went earlier). Now I must admit I'm reconsidering my previous thought that "this will be a great drinking weekend."

Tim Burton had nothing to do with Coraline as far as I can tell. Henry Sellick directed it as well as Nightmare before Christmas.
